The refurbishment of the existing multi-level office building delivered a contemporary transformation, revitalising the workplace environment through a comprehensive upgrade of the building’s internal spaces, services and external presentation.

Undertaken through a Design and Construct arrangement, the project involved a complete strip-out and refurbishment across three levels, including new amenities, upgraded building services and compliance improvements to meet current regulatory standards. The works focused on enhancing functionality, performance and user experience while adapting the existing structure to suit modern commercial requirements.

A defining feature of the project was the installation of a new fully glazed façade, significantly improving the building’s street presence while maximising natural light, transparency and energy performance.
