Foursight Architects was engaged by Unison Consulting Group as Design Consultant under a Design and Construct delivery model to develop an existing concept design into a contemporary, functional and flexible community-focused space.

The project was designed to accommodate a diverse range of activities within a single cohesive environment, responding to the client's vision for a space that encourages collaboration, connection and adaptability. A variety of settings—including café-style seating, hot-desking workstations, communal tables and informal play areas—were carefully integrated to support different user groups and modes of interaction.

Through thoughtful spatial planning and a contemporary design approach, the project delivers a welcoming and highly adaptable environment that balances productivity, social engagement and community use, creating a space that can evolve alongside the changing needs of its users.
