The Waverley Ambulance Station was designed to provide a contemporary and efficient emergency services facility that supports the operational needs of Ambulance Victoria.

The architectural expression combines a refined black external palette with warm red brick elements, creating a strong contrast between modern design and timeless materiality. This considered approach provides the station with a distinctive presence while maintaining a robust and durable façade suited to its operational requirements.

The internal spaces were designed around functionality and staff wellbeing, incorporating amenities, kitchen and breakout areas and dedicated resting quarters. The completed facility provides a modern and practical workplace supporting the vital role of paramedics.
